As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting our future PR Manager.

RESPONSABILITIES

Within the Culture & Community team and reporting directly to the CEO , your role will be to build and elevate Horace's brand awareness and reputation across press, media, and beauty professionals (make-up artists, hairstylists, groomers) in all market presence locations.

Your key missions will include:

• Elevate brand visibility in the French press: Leveraging your strong media background and ability to build long-term relationships with journalists, you will expand both the volume and quality of brand coverage in France.

• Internalize and develop UK public relations: Taking over the work currently outsourced to our agency, you will directly manage UK PR using your international PR expertise and fluent English to drive higher product and brand visibility.

• Establish Horace in US media: Oversee our external PR agency in the United States (briefing, monitoring, and setting high standards for performance) to secure regular and high-quality coverage.

• Make fragrance a key pillar of visibility: Develop compelling media angles and partnerships that place our fragrance line at the core of press highlights.

• Build a network of beauty professionals: Identify and nurture a community of key opinion leaders (make-up artists, hairstylists, groomers) to generate organic VIP coverage without dedicated media spend, leveraging a KOL management tool to structure and track these relationships.

• Drive activity with structured rigor: Track and analyze results, using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) to optimize efficiency across media monitoring, pitching, and reporting.
  

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• PR & Media Expertise: Proven experience in international PR and media partnerships. Hands-on experience managing external PR agencies (briefing, performance tracking, evaluation). Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Interpersonal & Influencing Skills: Strong ability to persuade and engage journalists, agencies, and creator communities. Clear and articulate communicator, active listener, respectful, and a true team player who knows how to motivate those around them.

• Organization & Rigor: Highly organized with strong planning capabilities, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to keeping promises while holding others accountable. Analytical mind capable of leveraging tools (KOL management, AI) to structure work efficiently.

• Vision & High Standards: Strategic vision for communication, setting high standards and ambitious goals, combined with a creative and innovative approach.

• Mindset: Fast learner, proactive, and initiative-driven. Fast-acting, agile, adaptable, resilient, and composed under pressure. Enthusiastic, dedicated, honest, candid, and open to feedback as well as others' ideas.
