Key Responsibilities

1. Incentives, Targets & OKR

Collaborate with GTM Leadership and Finance to design targets and incentive plans for every GTM population and run them in Qobra. Build mechanisms that align team interests with each other and with Stoïk's: pushing growth, rewarding performance, staying financially viable. Contribute to the OKR process so incentives and strategic priorities pull in the same direction.

2. Revenue Planning & Capacity

Architect Stoïk's annual plan with leadership and Finance, building it bottom-up from what you see in the field across every market and GTM population. Spot gaps between ambition and capacity early, and push for the strategic shifts that close them (moving up-market, changing pricing, etc). Break the plan down across teams and size the client-facing capacity needed to achieve it.

3. Commercial Strategy

Shape the commercial levers that drive growth across our business lines (e.g. pricing, segmentation, etc.). Partner with Sales, Finance and Product to roll out changes that accelerate growth while keeping it scalable and sustainable. Work alongside our GTM Ops team on the commercial side of new product and new market launches.

4. Forecasting & Performance Insights

Build and maintain Stoïk's revenue forecast, and feed it into leadership and board reporting with Finance. Run company-level performance reviews: track actuals against plan and forecast, spot drifts early and turn them into actions with GTM leaders. Lead the deep-dives that shape leadership decisions: unit economics by segment, retention drivers, win/loss patterns, market sizing for new geos or products.

Requirements

Must-Haves

• A rigorous, structured analytical mindset

• Strong financial modeling skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Comfort with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, or equivalent)

• Working proficiency in English

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment (Consulting, RevOps or FP&A in a high-growth tech company)

• Fluency with AI tools to build models, analyses and small tools faster

• SQL and/or Python

• Fluency in French or German
