Join Our Team as a Healthcare Manager
Are you passionate about leading a dedicated healthcare team? We are seeking a Healthcare Manager to play a pivotal role in our organization. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in healthcare management, including roles such as team leader or coordinator.
Your Mission
As a Healthcare Manager, you will work closely with the department head to orchestrate a multidisciplinary team committed to providing exceptional patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordination: Ensuring the safety and smooth progression of patient care pathways.
- Leadership: Guiding, energizing, and supporting the professional development of your nursing teams.
- Human Resources Management: Overseeing scheduling and the onboarding of new talents and students.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A valid Healthcare Management diploma (mandatory).
- Expertise or a strong interest in adolescent psychiatry and eating disorders .
Working Conditions
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from €48,000 to €50,000 gross annually.
