Mission

As a Strategic Project Manager Intern, you will lead a high-impact initiative at the intersection of strategy, AI, and communication.

You will develop a true 360° vision of a fast-moving gaming company, contributing to projects with direct business impact. Based on your profile, strengths, and evolving business needs, you will be embedded in one or several of our core teams.

The types of assignments you could own include:

• AI: Embedding with our dedicated AI unit to explore, design, and implement AI-powered workflows across the company — including building and scaling Homa's AI-powered content engine (prompt libraries, automation workflows, and quality standards that turn executive strategy into clear, consistent communication). A fast-moving, high-impact space at the frontier of what's possible in gaming.
• Product & Gaming: Embedding within product teams to support roadmap prioritization, market analysis, and go-to-market strategy on live or upcoming game titles.
• People & Transformation: Acting as a business partner to HR leadership, supporting talent strategy, retention, team structure, and organizational change. Ideal for someone who sees people operations as a lever for business.
• Finance: Supporting financial modeling, business case development, and strategic planning alongside our finance leadership. A strong fit for profiles from PE, consulting, banking, or corporate finance.

You will play a pivotal role in directly supporting our executive team on high-impact missions across the gaming industry. This is a unique opportunity to learn fast, take real ownership, and drive measurable change. Your missions will include:

Requirements

We are looking for motivated, curious, and passionate individuals eager to kickstart their career in gaming. You don’t need years of experience; what matters most is your hunger to learn, grow, and make an impact.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Strategy, or related fields.
• Prior internship or strong self-driven project in gaming, consulting, tech, or AI is a plus.
• Business-driven and analytical - you link communication to strategy and measurable impact.
• AI-native mindset - you use AI to automate, scale, and 10× your productivity.
• Strong communication, presentation, and research skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and highly organized.
• Fluency in English.
• Passion for gaming, tech, or AI is a strong plus.
• Eligible for a 6-month onsite internship in Paris (internship agreement required).
