Backend Developer

As a Back End Developer at Earnix, you will be an integral part of our Engineering team, reporting to the Group Lead to Agentic AI. You will interact with AI Product Owners, Architects, and LLMOps to conceive technical solutions for our product, particularly by leveraging LLM capabilities

What You'll Do

Design, develop, deliver, and document secure and scalable backend services and APIs for Earnix features, leveraging modern cloud-native architectures.

Build and maintain microservices-based systems with high availability and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in architecture, code quality, and deployment practices.

Integrate AI capabilities (including LLMs and agentic tools) into backend workflows and services.

Apply best practices in software development, including TDD, clean code principles, and continuous integration.

Contribute to modular and extensible architectures that support future growth and innovation.

REQUIREMENTS

You'll Do It Using

At least 4+ years of experience in backend software engineering.

Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for backend development.

Experience designing and deploying microservices in cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, AWS).

Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD).

Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, LangGraph, MCP, or similar technologies (preferred).

Knowledge of integrating LLMs and AI tools into backend systems.

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and performance optimization.

Experience with Kanban methodology, code reviews, and collaborative development processes.
