En tant qu'Architecte Principal Data & IA au sein de l'équipe Global Data 360 Solutions, vous serez le visage technique de notre innovation. Il s'agit d'un rôle de spécialiste en pré-vente et évangélisation , conçu pour un visionnaire technique capable d'inspirer clients et partenaires. Vous ne vous contenterez pas de concevoir « le champ des possibles », mais vous garantirez également l'adoption et le passage à l'échelle de ces technologies, stimulant ainsi la consommation à long terme et le retour sur investissement (ROI).
Responsabilités clés

• Évangélisation technique : Agir en tant que leader d'opinion, en présentant les capacités Data & IA de D360 aux décideurs (CXO), aux partenaires techniques et aux parties prenantes internes afin de dynamiser le marché.
• Pré-vente stratégique : Collaborer avec l'équipe commerciale pour mener des sessions de découverte, concevoir des architectures sur mesure et démontrer comment nos solutions d'IA répondent à des problématiques métier spécifiques.
• Intégration Salesforce : Diriger la stratégie technique pour les flux de travail Data et IA centrés sur Salesforce, en assurant une connectivité fluide et une création de valeur concrète.
• Prototypage rapide (PoC) : Créer et livrer des « Proof of Concepts » (preuves de concept) à fort impact qui prouvent la faisabilité technique et la valeur ajoutée en temps réel.
• Adoption et succès client : Au-delà de la vente initiale, vous agirez en tant que conseiller de confiance pour garantir que les clients et partenaires déploient avec succès la technologie, favorisant ainsi l'usage et la consommation de la plateforme sur le long terme.
• Accompagnement des partenaires : Former et soutenir notre écosystème de partenaires pour s'assurer qu'ils sont équipés pour déployer et mettre à l'échelle les solutions D360 efficacement.

Qualifications et exigences

• Expertise Salesforce : Une expérience approfondie de la plateforme Salesforce est obligatoire . Vous devez maîtriser les structures de données Salesforce et les modèles d'intégration.
• Excellence en pré-vente : Expérience confirmée dans un rôle de pré-vente technique, d'évangéliste ou d'architecte de solutions, avec un historique de réussite dans la conclusion de contrats d'entreprise complexes.
• Maîtrise technique : Connaissance approfondie de la « stack » de données moderne (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure/GCP) et du déploiement IA/ML.
• Orientation client : Une attention particulière portée à la consommation et à l'usage - le succès à long terme du client vous importe autant que la conception technique initiale.
• Langues : Bilingue anglais et français. Vous devez être capable de mener des conversations de haut niveau et des ateliers techniques dans les deux langues.
• Lieu : Poste basé à Paris. Temps plein sur site.

Compétences et certifications souhaitées

• Certification Salesforce : Au moins une certification active (ex: Data Cloud, Administrateur, Agentforce Legend) est fortement privilégiée.
• Communication : Excellentes compétences en prise de parole en public et capacité à vulgariser des concepts d'IA complexes pour des audiences non techniques.

Principal Data & AI Architect, Global D360 (Data Cloud)

Role Overview

As a Principal Architect Data & AI in the Global Data 360 Solutions team, you will be the technical face of our innovation. This is a specialist pre-sales and evangelism role designed for a technical visionary who can inspire customers and partners. You will not only design "the possible" but also ensure our clients successfully adopt and scale these technologies, driving long-term consumption and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Evangelism: Act as a thought leader, presenting D360's Data & AI capabilities to CXOs, technical partners, and internal stakeholders to drive market excitement.
• Strategic Pre-sales: Partner with the sales team to lead discovery sessions, design tailored architectures, and demonstrate how our AI solutions solve specific business pain points.
• Salesforce Integration: Lead the technical strategy for Salesforce-centric data and AI workflows, ensuring seamless connectivity and value realization.
• Rapid Prototyping (PoC): Build and deliver high-impact "Proof of Concepts" that prove technical feasibility and business value in real-time.
• Adoption & Customer Success: Beyond the initial sale, you will act as a trusted advisor to ensure customers and partners successfully implement the technology, driving long-term usage and platform consumption.
• Partner Enablement: Train and support our partner ecosystem to ensure they are equipped to deploy and scale D360 solutions effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Salesforce Expertise: Mandatory deep experience with the Salesforce platform. You must understand Salesforce data structures and integration patterns.
• Pre-sales Excellence: Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, evangelist, or solutions architect role, with a track record of influencing complex enterprise deals.
• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of the modern data stack (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure/GCP) and AI/ML deployment.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong focus on consumption and usage-you care as much about the customer's long-term success as you do about the initial technical design.
• Language: Bilingual fluency in English and French. You must be able to lead high-level conversations and technical workshops in both languages.
• Location: Based in Paris. Full-time on-site.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Salesforce Certification: At least one active certification (e.g. Data Cloud, Administrator, Agentforce Legend) is highly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional public speaking skills and the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
