Onsite IT Support Engineers - L1 / L2 / L3

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Onsite IT Support Engineers (L1, L2 and L3) to support enterprise IT operations across multiple locations in France and Hungary .

The engineers will provide onsite technical support covering end-user computing, workplace technologies, collaboration systems, mobile devices, network connectivity, asset management and related infrastructure services.

Candidates should have strong communication skills in English , along with intermediate proficiency in the respective local language (French or Hungarian) . Native-level local language proficiency is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting laptops, desktops, docking stations, monitors and peripherals

• Windows OS, application and hardware support

• IMAC activities – Install, Move, Add and Change

• VIP and Executive IT support

• Meeting room and collaboration technology support

• Mobile device provisioning and incident support

• LAN patching, Wi-Fi, VLAN and physical connectivity support

• Hands & Eyes support for network and infrastructure teams

• OT/Shopfloor support, including production PCs, HMIs and manufacturing workstations

• IT kiosk and walk-in end-user support

• CMDB updates and IT asset lifecycle management

• Hardware imaging, deployment and replacement

• Warranty and RMA coordination

• Stock, inventory and logistics management

• Equipment return, secure data erasure and disposal coordination

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant experience in enterprise IT/Desktop/Field Support

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience supporting Windows devices and enterprise workplace technologies

• Good English communication skills

• Intermediate or higher proficiency in French for France-based roles or Hungarian for Hungary-based roles

• Ability to provide onsite support

• Candidates currently based in France or Hungary are preferred

• L2/L3 candidates should have experience with advanced troubleshooting, VIP support, collaboration technologies, networking and infrastructure support
