Strategic Project Manager - BtoC Services
- Build a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor moves to identify whitespace opportunities and formulate clear strategic recommendations on where Alma should play and why.
- Shape the service packaging and contribute to pricing strategy, balancing customer appeal, market competitiveness, and business impact - across potential areas such as insurance, cashback, and other consumer-facing offers.
- Craft clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for new B2C services that resonate with consumers and set Alma apart in the market.
- Design and drive cross-functional launch plans from initial concept to rollout and performance tracking, ensuring new services land successfully in the market.
- 6 to 8 years of experience , including at least 2 to 3 years exploring, sizing, and launching B2C monetized services
- Strong ability to assess market opportunities and translate insights into clear, actionable strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with a structured, analytical mindset - you're both a critical thinker and a hands-on executor
- Fluency in both French and English
- Have experience in Fintech and/or management consulting
- Have a proven track record working in cross-functional environments at pace
- Are comfortable navigating pricing and commercial strategy topics
- Strategic ownership from day one - you'll lead new service development end-to-end, from market sizing to launch, with real visibility at the executive level.
