Talent Acquisition Specialist (Outbound / Headhunting — IT Services (Data / AI))
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on Outbound Headhunting for IT Services in Data and AI, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent in the technology sector. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct outbound recruitment efforts, including networking, cold calling, and leveraging social media.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit for technical roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic HR team, collaborating with other recruiters and HR professionals to enhance the overall talent acquisition strategy.
Ideal Profile :The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical understanding and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential candidates.
- Experience in IT recruitment, particularly in Data and AI sectors.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong negotiation skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
