Hello Future Intern,

Are you eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute fresh ideas to shape Pelico’s marketing vision for 2025? We’re searching for a highly motivated intern to join our team and make a real impact.

Your work will primarily focus on the US and French markets, and you’ll collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Operations.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to dive deep into marketing strategies (Events, Communication, Paid Ads, and Outbound), gaining hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic and fast-growing scale-ups within the French Tech ecosystem. Sounds exciting?

What you'll do? 🦾

Your scope will span across brand, events, digital campaigns, and customer
marketing.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Social Media Management & Content

Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn . You’ll propose fresh content angles,
test new formats, and help us engage with our audience consistently and creatively.
Adding, modifying or creating new pages on the website with the latest content.

• Event Marketing
  

Identify strategic industry events Pelico should participate in (H2 2025–H1 2026).
You’ll coordinate internal teams, align with Sales & Ops, and manage logistics with
external vendors.

• Outbound & Paid Campaigns
  

Support our customer acquisition efforts — from outbound messaging to paid
social campaigns. Bonus points if you’re curious or experienced with B2B tools like
LinkedIn Ads, Lemlist, HubSpot or Cargo.

• GenAI in Marketing
  

We’re big believers in GenAI. You’ll experiment with AI tools for content, automation,
and performance — and bring your own prompts and workflows to the table.

• Customer Relationship Campaigns
  

Collaborate with our CustomerOps team to launch engagement campaigns for
existing customers — celebrating wins, sharing updates, and building loyalty.

What You Bring 🎯

• Currently pursuing a Business or Marketing degree (Bac +4) at a Business School or University.
• Available for a 6-month internship with a valid internship agreement provided by your school.
• Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
• A creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to launching initiatives.
• High energy and eagerness to learn.
• Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and reliable.
• Team player who prioritizes collective goals over individual achievements.
• Strong analytical skills, with a knack for structuring and interpreting data.
• Tech-savvy, leveraging technology to amplify business impact.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); French is a plus.

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process typically takes 4-7 weeks from screening to offer. Here’s what to expect:

1. Screening round with Evana, Human Resources.
2. First interview with Manoj, Growth Marketing Manager (your future manager).
3. Take-home case study (1-week deadline).
4. Case study presentation with Manoj & Faustine, Head of Demand Generation, and possibly other team members.
5. Offer letter.
