Founded in 2007, Memo Paris is a niche fragrance Maison that explores the world through scent. Inspired by travel and meaningful destinations, the Maison creates distinctive olfactory journeys, combining exceptional ingredients, artistic storytelling and a strong sense of place.
YOUR MISSION
As an ambassador of Memo Paris, you will bring the Maison’s universe to life through exceptional client experiences, a strong commercial mindset and a passion for niche perfumery.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver personalized fragrance consultations and build lasting client relationships.
- Drive sales, achieve targets and maximise sell-out through clienteling, cross-selling and upselling.
- Embody Memo Paris’ brand identity and storytelling.
- Ensure impeccable merchandising and retail standards.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to daily store operations.
- Support team coordination and development, depending on the position.
- Experience in luxury retail, ideally in niche fragrance.
- Strong commercial mindset and excellent client service skills.
- Passion for niche perfumery, storytelling and luxury craftsmanship.
- Proactive, hands-on and results-oriented.
- Fluent in French & English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous team management experience for Sales Manager positions.
