We are seeking a highly creative, operationally-driven TikTok Content & Community Producer to join our team and lead the daily execution of our short-form video presence. This role is designed for a trend-obsessed specialist with professional experience in the fashion industry (or a closely related premium sector) who possesses a deep, technical understanding of TikTok-native production and community management. As a primary driver of our platform's growth, you will be responsible for the daily end-to-end creation of content-from conceptualizing and briefing to the physical filming and editing of videos. Simultaneously, you will act as the voice of the brand, managing our community and fostering real-time engagement. Working closely with the TikTok Manager and the in-house creative team, you will translate brand DNA into viral-ready, culturally relevant content that resonates with a global fashion audience.

Content Production & Execution

• On-Set Filming: Lead the physical capture of all TikTok Short-form content. You will be responsible for filming in-studio and on-location, ensuring all raw footage meets luxury aesthetic standards ;
• Creative Briefing: Develop and propose creative concepts and detailed content briefs that align with the commercial calendar, product launches, and brand DNA ;
• Native Editing: Execute high-quality edits using TikTok-native tools and CapCut, utilizing a sophisticated understanding of hooks, trending audio, and visual pacing to drive virality.

Community Management & Operations

• Brand Persona Management: Act as the voice of the brand in the comments section, fostering a community through sophisticated, trend-literate engagement that enhances brand loyalty ;
• Operational Management: Oversee the daily content calendar, write precise captions, and ensure all posts are optimized for SEO and platform discoverability ;
• Insight Application: Monitor real-time performance and community feedback to immediately adapt the filming schedule and content output based on actionable data.

Requirements

• Luxury Fashion Background: Professional experience working within a mid-luxury or luxury fashion brand is essential. You understand how to translate high-end brand equity into a digital-first format
• Production Expert: You possess a "creator-first" mindset with a proven ability to handle the technical aspects of filming and mobile cinematography. You prefer daily execution over theoretical strategy
• Visual Sensitivity: An exceptional eye for detail, lighting, and styling, with the ability to maintain premium aesthetics within the fast-paced nature of social media
• Culturally Attuned: A deep obsession with TikTok culture, sounds, and emerging behaviors, with the intuition to identify trends before they reach the mainstream
• Bilingual: Fully bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate and write professionally in both languages
