Job Description

At Deezer, our People Division is at the heart of everything we do — because great music starts with great people. Within the Division, the HRBP team acts as a strategic and operational bridge between the business and HR, ensuring that every employee and manager has the support they need to thrive.

As a Junior HRBP, you'll work hand in hand with two Senior HRBPs, taking ownership of key operational HR missions across the full HRBPs scopes. You'll be an integral part of a collaborative People team, with strong day-to-day interactions with employees across your perimeter, and regular cross-functional touchpoints with other HR streams such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Excellence and Compensation & Benefits.

What you will do:

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees, providing thoughtful and timely HR support on day-to-day topics

  • Actively contribute to the delivery of core HR processes, follow up on performance campaigns, working conditions and training plans

  • Support the implementation of HR projects and help design HR presentations

  • Help flag risks proactively, and raise issues to Senior HRBPs

  • Work closely with the HR Excellence team on administrative and operational topics (contract amendments, HR controlling, follow up of leaves (sick leave, maternity etc.)

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role (internships included), ideally within an international and/or digital or tech environment

  • A genuine interest in HR topics

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with employees at all levels

  • A collaborative, team-first mindset — you're comfortable working in support of others and contributing to shared goals

  • A rigorous and structured approach to problem-solving, with strong time and priority management skills

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and French, as you'll be working in a truly international environment
