Serverless / Data / ML / Automation (Professional AWS certification required, not basic Associate) DevOps tooling Automation Data design patterns DataOps MLOps FinOps Soft Skills : Problem-solving Strong communication Ability to convince Ability to work in a multicultural environment Ability to make tradeoffs
