1. The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Mirakl Ads SalesHouse team, led by Quentin Drilholle, Global Head of Sales House. The team is a growing group of Business Developers covering seller acquisition, activation, and advertising growth across Mirakl-powered marketplaces worldwide. Together, you'll be expanding Mirakl's retail media business by helping sellers maximise their investment and impact across our marketplace ecosystem.

2. Your Impact

• Define and execute growth strategies targeting Chinese-speaking sellers across Mirakl-powered marketplaces, combining 1:1 relationship management and 1:many initiatives to drive seller adoption, campaign activation, and advertising spend.
• Drive the onboarding and activation of new advertisers, leading commercial discussions in Mandarin, French, or English and guiding sellers from first engagement through to live campaigns.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with Chinese-speaking sellers, acting as their strategic advisor on Mirakl Ads solutions and helping them maximise return on investment through tailored commercial propositions.
• Monitor advertising revenue, campaign performance, and seller engagement metrics, turning data insights into actionable recommendations that increase seller investment and long-term growth.
• Act as the voice of Chinese-speaking sellers internally, sharing feedback and insights with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to continuously improve seller-facing materials and advertising products.

3. What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:

• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Partnerships, ideally in e-commerce, marketplaces, retail media, or digital advertising
• Proven track record of building and managing relationships with Chinese sellers, brands, merchants, or international clients
• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Chinese business culture and experience engaging Chinese-speaking stakeholders in a professional context

• Business development and commercial negotiation
• Cross-cultural communication, particularly in Chinese business environments
• Retail media and digital advertising acumen
• Data analysis and performance optimisation
• Seller education, enablement, and stakeholder influencing
