You don’t just “run campaigns.” You build moments people screenshot, talk about, and bump into in real life. You’re obsessed with brands that mean something. You can brainstorm a wild activation in the morning and defend its ROI in the afternoon.

As our Brand & Marketing Manager France (m/f/d), you’ll be the one turning strategy into cultural presence. From retail floors to street corners, from performance dashboards to packed events, you’ll help scale the brand from awareness to impact.

What you’ll actually do:

• Turn business signals into bold moves: Analyze the French market performance, identify growth levers and risks, and translate insights into sharp, actionable strategies.
• Own brand moments in the real world: Lead high-impact activations. Think large-scale events, retail pushes, community meetups, partnerships. If it creates buzz and moves product, you’re in.
• Connect the dots internally: Collaborate closely with Online and Offline Sales, Trade Marketing, Advertising, and Social Media to ensure one coherent story across every touchpoint.
• Stay culturally sharp: Track trends, consumer behavior, and cultural shifts in France. Spot what’s rising before it’s obvious and translate it into brand positioning.
• Imagine bold concepts. Execute them. Repeat. Balance bold thinking with hands-on execution. You don’t just pitch concepts. You make them happen.

Your profile

• You have 2 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing, managing multiple brand or campaign projects , ideally for fast-growing, mass-market brands
• You hold a degree in either Marketing, Business, Economics , or a related field
• You have strong creative skills combined with an analytical mindset
• You bring a solid understanding of brand building, campaign execution, consumer engagement, and omni channel strategies
• You have experience in connecting marketing initiatives to tangible business outcomes (e.g., sales, loyalty, trial)
• You are able to work effectively across teams and you have excellent communication and collaboration skills
• You have a genuine passion for brands that is not limited to the food industry
• You speak fluent French and English
• You are either based in Paris or the surrounding area
