About the Role

sunday is hiring an Account Manager based in Paris to help us grow in the Île-de-France region.
Île-de-France is one of sunday’s key growth regions and a great playground for an ambitious Account Manager.

As Account Manager, your job is to turn restaurant partners into sunday ambassadors. You’ll work hand-in-hand with restaurant owners and sales teams to ensure successful onboarding, product adoption, and long-term satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and staff to turn them from customers to ambassadors

2. Manage your portfolio of restaurants

3. Perform high-quality onboardings and train restaurant teams on the sunday solution

4. Ensure product adoption and usage through follow-up and guidance

5. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue

6. Monitor churn risk and deploy reactivation strategies

7. Be the voice of our customers internally: share feedback with Product, Ops and Sales to improve product and processes

8. Report on KPIs:

• Product adoption

• Onboarding quality (incl. number of restaurants launched, product adoption)

• Group expansion in key mid-market groups (above 20 locations)

• Upsell performance

• Customer satisfaction (NPS, churn rate)

About You

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a track record of driving results in complex, dynamic environments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with, influence and engage stakeholders

• You are comfortable with change, able to adapt and always want to learn new skills

• You have a true customer mindset : you love solving problems and making others successful

• You are hands-on: we have all the tools, but you will have to find solutions and turn them into reality

• You are a team player with a passion for hospitality and tech

• You are fluent in French and comfortable in English
