🚀 What You’ll Do

Own & Build : Take charge of core services, write clean and scalable code, and influence architectural decisions.

Set the Bar High : Champion coding standards, thorough testing, and top-tier code reviews.

Mentor & Elevate : Guide junior engineers, provide constructive feedback, and lead internal workshops.

Optimize & Improve : Spot performance bottlenecks, improve CI/CD pipelines, and push for smarter tooling.

Advocate for Maintenance : Identify and address technical debt, making the case for long-term stability.

🧑‍💻 What we’re looking for

6+ years of experience with Python or any other OOP language

Backend expertise : APIs, microservices, architecture best practices

Databases & SQL : Data modeling, query optimization

Git lover : Comfortable with version control and code reviews

Pragmatic engineering mindset : Build, test, refine, simplify—smart shortcuts when time is tight

🧩 Bonus points if you’ve worked on:

B2B SaaS or finance/ERP tools

BaaS APIs or payment infra

Serverless, AWS, event-driven architecture exposure
