GLOBAL TRADE MARKETING ASSISTANT - HUGO BOSS, SWAROVSKI, DAVIDOFF & EUROPE BRANDS

As the Global Trade Marketing Assistant , you will be getting the opportunity to be a part of the central Operating Office Trade Marketing team , working on Hugo Boss, Swarovski , Davidoff , Escada & Joop! B rand s. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work in a truly international envir onment, with multiple global and local stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Trade Marketing Assistant, your focus is to ensure operational excellence and execution.

You will support the Trade Marketing team for our Prestige fragrance brands in implementing long-term global and local marketing strategies across the 4Ps and all retail channels, driving portfolio growth and market share expansion.

Based in Paris HQ, you will collaborate closely with worldwide market teams to ensure flawless execution of global strategies and launches, acting as the Voice TO and OF the markets.

Your focus :

• Assist the Senior Trade Marketing Project Managers in daily coordination with key markets

• Consolidate and track markets ’ trad e plans (Trade plans, OCD file, commercial readiness, …)

• Consolidate post-launch analysis presentations and collect feedback from markets

• Participate in top markets’ weekly calls and share market insights

• Support markets with operational trade requests

• Support the monitoring of regional and market performance ; KPI tracking

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business development, Product Marketing, 360 team, Gifting , etc. )

• Run ad-hoc Trade Marketing and category analyses and translate findings into actionable insights

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You are a team player, passionate about the beauty industry , and eager to learn and thrive in a fast- paced, agile environment . Other than that, you :

• Master’s 2 student in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, with a 6-month internship experience in marketing, sales, or consulting within a luxury environment.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.

• Demonstrate strong business acumen with solid Excel & PowerPoint proficiency, and the ability to interpret data

• Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, identify challenges and drive solutions.

• Show an interest in the beauty industry and a genuine eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment

• Have a collaborative mindset and strong cross-functional teamwork skills

• Collaborative team player, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across cross-functional and affiliate teams.
