Your Mission
Acquire & Manage: Develop a portfolio of B2B carsharing clients in the Netherlands and Germany, while identifying new business opportunities.
Sales & Negotiation : Conduct sales calls, present tailored mobility solutions, handle objections, and close deals.
Client Relationship : Ensure customer satisfaction, build long-term partnerships, and maximize retention of our car sharing portfolio.
Market Strategy : Analyze market trends in Netherlands & Germany, providing insights to refine our go-to-market strategy.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to enhance the customer experience.
Follow-up & Reporting : Manage your sales pipeline, track progress, and report on key performance indicators.
What You Bring
Fluency in German , Dutch (C1/C2) and English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Sales expertise : Previous experience in account management, sales, or business development.
Customer-focused mindset : Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiation skills : Persuasion, objection handling, and deal-closing abilities.
Tech-savvy : Comfortable using CRM tools, sales automation software, and digital communication platforms.
Autonomy & Organization : Ability to manage multiple deals while maintaining a structured approach.
Knowledge of the automotive/mobility sector is a plus but not required.

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Mode: On-site during the onboarding period, with the possibility to switch to a hybrid mode after 2 months (depending on performance and autonomy): 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home

€1,000 gross monthly remuneration
