We are seeking the talents of a Marketing Manager (M/F) for DACH & PL (Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland) to join our International Development team as soon as possible. This position is based in Paris (75).

Main Responsibilities :

• Lead the envisioning and execution of an ambitious plan of local projects (local partnerships, offline activations, pop-up stores, events…) to develop the brand and drive client acquisition for all countries within your scope. Ensure best-in-class implementation, whether by taking full leadership or collaborating closely with relevant teams. Foster effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders to deliver exceptional results ;
• Build an ambitious influence strategy by country and ensure the perfect execution of this strategy ;
• Take full ownership of the local marketing budget for your region, including its definition, expense tracking, and strategic allocation between levers ;
• Co-lead with our central Press & VIP team the relationship with our local agencies ;
• Liaise with other teams in charge of the following topics, to ensure you are aware of all upcoming activations and you have a 360 vision of all activations in your countries :
• Global Marketing (incl. commercial calendar)
• Paid Media
• E-merchandising
• Be the go-to-person on all topics relating to the development of your markets, and communicate internally on our ambitions and roadmap.

Requirements

• Prior experience of at least 7 years in one of the following field is required : marketing / strategy / business development / entrepreneurship ;
• Fast learner and able to adapt to a dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment ;
• Organized, structured, and strong attention to detail ;
• Analytical and data-driven ;
• Creative mind with a passion for fashion ecosystems and social networks ;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team ;
• Native level fluency in German and English is mandatory, and fluency in French is a plus but not mandatory.
