Ops & AI Workflow Intern

Help build the internal operating system of Affinity.

To do that, we’re creating our internal operating system from scratch.

And we want you to help us build it.

Tasks

You won’t be doing “support tasks.”

You’ll be building systems.

You’ll help design the workflows, automations, and AI-supported processes that structure our entire operation — from sourcing, to pipeline management, to reporting.

You will work directly with Affinity’s founder and see how the whole machine works from the inside.

You’ll touch three worlds at once

1. Workflow Design

You’ll turn scattered steps into clean, efficient flows.

You’ll make Notion databases talk to each other.

You’ll build templates, scorecards, and structured processes that reduce friction for the whole team.

2. No-Code Automation

You’ll connect tools using Make/Zapier.

You’ll create small but powerful automations.

You’ll design micro-systems that save hours of manual work every week.

3. AI-Enabled Operations

This is where things get exciting.

You’ll help integrate AI into real workflows:

• drafting summaries
• enriching candidate information
• highlighting pipeline risks
• speeding up reporting
• assisting with decision-making

Affinity is building an AI-augmented recruiting engine, and you will help shape it.

And above all, you want responsibility and ownership.
