Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseas culinary operations in designated areas, which may include the main galley or specialty dining outlets.
2. Support the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef in maintaining the highest culinary standards and consistency.
3. Oversees and inspires a diverse team, promoting collaboration and excellence.
4. Manage food preparation, inventory control, and quality assurance to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
5. Maintain high performance through the 5-month contract, which includes continuous work without days off.

What to Expect:

1. Contract Terms: Work for 5 months on board, followed by 2 months off.
2. Renewable Contracts: Future contracts are subject to renew based on performance and operational needs.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience as a Sous Chef in luxury or 5-star establishments; previous cruise ship experience is a plus but not mandatory.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with fluency in English.

4. Willingness to cover initial expenses for required certifications, including STCW, Seaman's Book, C1D Visa, and medical exams.
