Job Description

Under the supervision of the Global Lead of Grants, the main tasks of the Assistant Coordinator consist of :

• The assistant coordinator will actively support the Global Lead of Grants in their duties.
• Identifying the relevant financing mechanisms, mapping of grants, write and submit proposals, in cooperation with the technical teams.
• Participating in the administrative management and tasks of all grants and R&D tax incentives of these programs, including the research tax credit.
• Helping the lead of the grants in business and financial planning, budgets and reporting by working closely with project managers (responsible for technical and operational monitoring)
• Assisting the global lead of grants in developing Pasqal's strategy for program funding and grant management, through strong collaboration and alignment with our national and international offices and R&D teams.
• Helping the lead of grants to ensure the effective implementation of Pasqal grants and program funding, leveraging best practice and improve processes in this area.
• Participate in the active life of Pasqal (meetings, events, etc.)

About you

Required degree : Master’s level (Bac +4/5) from a business school, engineering school, IAE, or a Master’s in finance or taxation.

Hard skills :

• Background or interest in science and with good analytical skills in finance or tax.
• Good knowledge of the Office pack, especially Excel
• Fluent in written and spoken French/English

Soft skills :

• You are self motivated, rigorous and organized
• Good communication skills
• Autonomy
