International Programs Account Manager

About the Role

This is a high-impact, end-to-end role at the heart of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions' international programs business. As an International Programs Account Manager, you will coordinate and drive complex international programs from submission through to service delivery — ensuring full regulatory compliance, seamless execution, and outstanding customer outcomes. You'll be the connective thread between underwriting, operations, sales, claims, and global network partners, making sure that every commitment we make is a commitment we keep.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination of complex International Programs from submission to service delivery, ensuring alignment with local regulations, laws, and market practices
• Advise and support Underwriting and Operations teams on complex business, proactively engaging with deal teams and subject matter experts
• Liaise with Global Network Management & Network Partner Services Hub to address specific requirements of complex customers and ensure compliant, achievable solutions
• Collaborate closely with the International Financial Management team on financial aspects of international program structures
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, RES, Claims, and Captive Services to build and support the target opportunity pipeline and qualify new business leads
• Coordinate deal quoting, binding, and execution , ensuring Swiss Re Corporate Solutions delivers on all pre- and post-bind commitments
• Monitor and manage service levels and performance indicators , driving continuous improvement across the international program service life cycle
• Build and manage detailed project plans for complex renewals and inceptions, keeping all stakeholders aligned and on track
• Engage and guide virtual client teams responsible for service delivery commitments across multiple geographies

International Programs are central to Swiss Re Corporate Solutions' offering to customers and a key pillar of our future growth strategy. You'll be joining the IP Global Distribution Corso France team, led by the Head of International Programs Market EMEA — a dynamic and ambitious group that is on an exciting journey to establish Swiss Re Corporate Solutions as one of the top insurers offering primary policies for international programs across most commercial lines of business. We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the origination and structuring of single carrier, coinsurance panel, and captive international programs for companies based in France, ideally including underwriting experience
• Strong knowledge of international program considerations , including regulatory compliance, tax, and cash management expertise
• Proven ability to build and manage project plans for complex renewals and inceptions, coordinating cross-functional and virtual teams effectively

• Excellent interpersonal skills — articulate, credible, and able to build rapport quickly across diverse stakeholder groups

• Leadership and organisational skills — comfortable managing complex transactions and cross-functional resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French and/or another major European language is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with a high level of drive and positivity

For France, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 98'000 and EUR 146'000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,

• the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.

Eligibility may vary depending on the terms of Swiss Re policies and your employment contract.

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
