Job Description

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell SBS’s products and represent the company to new prospects. You will play a crucial role in generating revenue and contributing to the growth of the business by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding prospects’ needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of the products you represent.

Key Responsibilities

You are responsible for selling the SBS License Technology Software Products and related services within a defined strategic account territory to prospects. You will actively manage the entire sales process and lead the effort with internal resources.

Product and Market Knowledge

  • Develop a deep understanding of SBS's products or services.
  • Stay up to date on the latest market trends.

Solution Selling

  • Explain products business coverage and setup presentation for prospects.
  • Customize presentations to showcase how your products or services align with the prospect's requirements.
  • Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with prospective clients.
  • Overcome objections and address concerns to guide the prospect towards a positive buying decision.
  • Commit to and deliver results based on assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with SBS’s goals.
  • Secure the cash and invoices payment.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with your prospects’ CIO (Chief Information Officer) and line of business managers.
  • Maintain regular communication to stay informed about their evolving needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and be a reliable point of contact.

Sales Reporting and Analysis

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager or team

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and other teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Share insights from the field to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications

Skills required

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Comfort in interacting with prospect ‘s CIO executives.
  • Strong prospecting skills as well as persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to understand and convey technical information effectively.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented mindset.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a sale successfully selling software solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software or sales management software (Salesforce…)
  • Love to work in an international environment and willing to travel as required.
  • Fluency in English and any other relevant language is essential.
