Our Product Design team plays a key role in shaping this experience, turning complex journeys into simple, delightful moments for millions of travelers across the globe. As a Product Designer, you’ll be involved in every stage of the product development process, from discovery to launch, crafting solutions that are intuitive, accessible and impactful for our international community. You’ll help us design features that inspire trust, foster connections and make home exchanging effortless. You’ll join a passionate, collaborative team of designers, product managers and engineers, all driven by the same goal: building a high-quality product that delivers value to our members while pushing the boundaries of design excellence. If you believe great product design is a blend of empathy, creativity, sharp problem-solving and high craft standards, you might just be the person we’re looking for. What you’ll do

• Contribute to the overall design and product direction of HomeExchange.
• Design and ship high-quality products and improvements, from early ideas to high-fidelity prototypes and final visuals.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and other teams to define strategy, solve problems and deliver impact.
• Engage with our community of members to better understand their needs and refine our products.
• Evolve and scale our design system for consistency and quality across all platforms.
• Help establish and grow our design culture, raising the bar for craft and collaboration- 4+ years experience designing and shipping large-scale digital products.
• Strong expertise in UX, visual design and systems thinking, with a high bar for quality and craft.
• Experience working with design systems, contributing to scalable and consistent design patterns.
• Ability to simplify complex problems, turning ambiguity into clear, actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to influence and align teams.
• Fluency in English and French required.
