RESPONSIBILITIES

As Digital Marketing Intern, you assist the digital marketing team in developing impactful activations across paid, earned, and owned touchpoints for our premium-plus and ultra-premium products:

Assist in creating digital toolkits, including E-retail, media, and advocacy guidelines; contribute to content production; and manage assets, rights, and uploads. Study the consumer e-commerce journey, conduct market watch and e-store audits, and coordinate independently with agencies and internal teams.

Your main focus:

• Support digital content production by assisting the team, coordinating with external agencies, and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Participate in the creation of launch toolkits by drafting e-retail and social media content briefs, developing guidelines for e-retailers and social touchpoints, and preparing key deliverables.
• Manage digital assets and platforms by uploading content internally, handling rights management, and monitoring expirations.
• Collaborate with 360° teams, notably the IM and Advocacy team, to deliver impactful and consistent activations while ensuring a seamless consumer experience.
• Study the digital and e-commerce consumer journey by reviewing e-store execution, conducting ongoing competitive watch, and identifying key learnings.

THE TEAM

The team consists of a Digital & Influencer Marketing Director, a Digital Marketing Manager, and a Digital Marketing Junior Project Manager. You will work directly with them.

Part of the team also includes the IM and Advocacy team (3 headcounts), and you will work closely with several departments such as Marketing and all 360° teams including E-commerce, Media, Merchandising, Markets, the Fashion House, and Agencies.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You are digital savvy (first internships of professional experiences) you work in a structured, proactive, and collaborative way, and you thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment where challenges fuel your motivation.

You bring:

• A university or business school degree (completed or in progress) with a specialization in digital marketing, strategy/management, or communication/media.
• Initial experience in digital environments, with a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, key performance levers, and e-commerce fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize data, track KPIs, and turn insights into clear recommendations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and fluency in professional English.
