What do we do ?
Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.
Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier , with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.
Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan, Prague and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030 , proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.
In 5 years, we have:
Deployed +700 stations and over 4000 fast-charging points
Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market
Opened several offices in France and Europe
Raised over €1 Billion in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions
Assembled a team of over 300 talents… and this is just the beginning !
Your Mission
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with our tech and business hiring managers to hire top talents. You will be responsible for finding and attracting candidates with the right skills, passion, and cultural fit. You will own the entire hiring process from initial contact to final offer and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
♀️♂️Your Responsibilities
Drive recruitment for our Tech and Business teams across our 10 countries in Europe, ensuring hiring targets are met with top-tier talent.
Manage full-cycle recruiting, ensuring a smooth and exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
Use data to inform decisions around hiring strategies, diversity & inclusion, and candidate experience.
Enhance our employer brand by leading key initiatives and collaborating with the communication team to authentically represent Electra’s culture and values.
Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies through AI-powered optimisations, ensuring Electra stays ahead in a competitive talent market
Your profile
4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally across both tech and business roles within an international environment.
A track record of success in high-growth start-up / scale-up.
Experience in managing complex recruitment processes autonomously.
Fluent in French and English; Fluent in German would be a real plus.
Proficient in using recruitment tools (such as Linkedin Recruiter, TeamTailor…)
Highly organized, data-oriented, and able to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong business acumen, proactivity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
