Senior People Business Partner

We're looking for a Senior People Partner to join our People team at Spendesk. You'll be part of a team of 2 People Partners, reporting directly to the Head of People Partnership & Operations. This is a key role at a strategic moment for Spendesk, as you'll primarily support our Go-To-Market organization (approximately 100 people across France, the UK, Germany, and Spain), a population at the heart of our business ambitions.Key Responsibilities Business Partnering & manager supportAct as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders and managers, supporting them through the full employee lifecycleCoach managers on performance management, team development, and organizational effectivenessProactively identify people challenges and translate them into concrete action plansPerformance & organizational developmentDrive performance management cycles within your scope, ensuring consistency and fairnessSupport organizational design and workforce planning in a fast-evolving GTM contextStakeholder ManagementAlign cross-functional stakeholders on people-related topics and initiativesContribute to selected Works Council (CSE) topics and ensure proper follow-upData & InsightsLeverage people data to identify trends, anticipate risks, and inform decision-makingBuild models that turn People metrics into actionable recommendations for business leadersAI & People ToolingDesign and build AI agents to automate and enhance People Partnership processesIdentify opportunities where AI can reduce manual work and improve the employee experience at scaleWhat we're looking forProven seniority in a People Partner role, ideally within a similar or high-growth environmentStrong knowledge of GTM populations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and their specific challengesData-driven mindset: ability to build models, interpret people analytics, and translate insights into tangible actionsAI-curious and hands-on: experience (or strong appetite) for building AI agents and automating HR workflows using modern toolsExcellent stakeholder management skills: comfortable navigating complex organizations and influencing without authorityExperience with Works Council / CSE processes is a plusFluent in English and French; Spanish is a strong advantage given the scope
