Growth Marketer - Application de découverte d'expérience (LLM)- Paris
THE COMPANY :
This startup is developing an AI-driven app focused on discovering social experiences.- Project launched from scratch: the company was founded in November, with the first round of funding.
- Company founded by successful repeat entrepreneurs/tech profiles (Founder of a neobank valued €500M + Lead @Zenly)
- Join their core team and go to San Francisco with the full team for 3 months (Feb-April 2025)
YOUR MISSION :
In collaboration with the co-founders (former CPOs), 2 senior developers (one mobile and one full-stack), and a founding product designer, your main goal will be to build & execute the marketing & growth strategy : Objectives :- 10K Weekly Active Users (WAU) in 3 months in Paris
- 1 million Weekly Active Users (WUA) after 2 years in Europe and in the US
- Implement any online/offline initiative (social media, email marketing, communities, PR, offline posters, micro-influencers, anything) to grow the user base. Super hands-on/creative approach required to make it work
- This is not a performance marketing job with paid ad
- Refine the ICP and the right messaging based on your marketing initiative insights
- Run competitive analysis
YOUR PROFILE : GROWTH MARKETER
- Demonstrated capacity to grow the audience of a mobile app with online/offline creative solutions and a very hands-on approach, as a first marketer or not
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- You are fluent in English and in French
LES MODALITÉS :
- Salary based on experience: €55K/€70K fixed + stock options
- Location: Paris, Station F
- 2-3 months in San Francisco for the app launch.
